This opens a request, not a binding agreement. An escrow officer reviews it, prepares the escrow instructions and sends them to both parties for signature before any money moves.

An escrow file has two parties: a buyer and a seller. Cordiw is the neutral escrow agent holding the funds between you — we are not a party to the sale. If you give us the seller's details we will invite them to the file directly; otherwise we will send you a link to forward.
